Entire Agreement
Subject to the limitations on transferability set forth above, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and to their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
No provision of this Agreement is intended to be for the benefit of or enforceable by any third party.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed and delivered this Agreement as of the date first above written.
